Employer Credentials
Basically looking to hear from anyone who has an idea of what Airlines look for with someone holding a frozen ATPL?
e.g
A) Does having a degree before help?
B) Does age play a big role in the decision? e.g. 20 with 200 hours or 23 with 200 hours? Is there a difference?
C) Who gets the job? is it down to exam pass rates or interview? What swings airlines into thinking, 'we want you!'
