The 200LR could do MEX direct. I think it's about 7800nm? Around 500nm more than LAX but probably with a bit more wind due to the direct route being more southerly. Still, well within range. Maybe the problem is just that there are only 10 A/C? I expect to see it added to the network sooner rather than later.
