Very sad news indeed and whilst we know these things happen, we all prey that they won't. We fly in blissful denial of the statistics, and trust in our skill, our crew, and in providence. Unfortunately, providence is a cruel mistress, and does not always favour the brave, talented, or right.
We must take solace in the fact that the best SAR force in the world is looking for them, and won't stop whilst hope exists.
Whatever the outcome, those involved are heroes, in the true 'dan dare' sense,.and should be always known as such.
