Dubious
Had the dubious pleasure of these on AMS-DUB and DUB-LCY 10 days ago. Since complaining to the crew is not appropriate, can anyone suggest who to write an email to about this? The fare, paid by myself, not a company, was still the same as before, seemingly unaffected by the EI plan to cut business fares by 50%. (If the fare really were cut by 50%, this would be easy to accept.)
Still, it is even harder to understand 6-across seating on the 146s at a C fare, or even a Y fare. None of the middle seats seemed to be occupied in C, though.
