Doesn't the Energy Regulating Commission (ERC) set the different fuel prices for various locations throughout Kenya?
Isn't fuel at Mombasa typically (2-2.5)% cheaper than up at Nairobi with an altitude of some 5,600ft?
Is it company policy to depart min sector at Nairobi and to tank at Mombasa?
