Whispers in "The Street" is that CX was in for a whopping
30+ MILLION EURO fine by the French Govt, unless the PAR base was closed by 31 August! - for breaking just about every EU and French Laws since allowing crew on that base.
It would have helped to do a bit of homework, but that's not exactly managment's style
