Even I do see the fool hardiness in getting a TR at this point of time.
Being an indian citizen though, opportunities are far and few in between.

With no GA around here, one has to get a self sponsored TR. No matter if it's after an interview or before..
If you realize it's foolish, why do you still want to get it? Without time in the type, a type rating is worth nothing more than the ink on your licence.

Think about it. If you were an airline hiring manager, would you rather hire somebody who has no experience on the airplane, or somebody who has 1000hrs on the plane?
