I have used people from this site
www.vworker.com to carry out many projects ranging from Databases, web sites, logos etc.
Simply put, you post details of of what you want done and then many vworkers will bid to do the work. You review the bids and select one you are comfortable with. You can exchange messages with the bidder to establish their capabilities.
Payment is held in escrow by the vworker organisation until you authorise its release.
I would certainly use them again for smallish projects.
