The only way you'll be allowed to jumpseat is with express written permission from FR ops / chief pilot, which is unlikely unless you have a legitimate reason to be in there. In other less regulated areas of the world (Africa, South East Asia etc) it's easier to get a flight in the flight deck, whether it be through sweet talking them or paying cash...
