you don't have to apologize for anything at all.
most of the questions asked here are already answered in this very thread in the mid pages.
(including the one on medical flag and the change of status)
it generally takes 2 weeks for status to change from " under process" to "issued" if all is well and another few weeks for your licence to reach home in hard copy.
