Well, if Ryanair were to gain control (which I don't think for a second they will) ORK and SNN would effectively be controlled by a hypothetical FR/EI group. Only a few flights with Wizz to Eastern Europe and nothing else. What is left of the charters would be consigned to the history books. A combined FR/EI would be terrible news for Ireland as a whole, but disastrous for Cork, potentially fatal. Worse again for SNN.
