I once saw a job ad for a government position that mentioned everything but the required shoe size.
They had the guy who was going to be hired and that was that.
Still they interviewed the required 15 applicants some of whom had more experience and were much better qualified.
It was a nice free lunch.
The successful applicant's interview lasted less than 5 minutes - the rest of us about 30.
