If one were to schedule a NOTAM which meant for example the fly past had to change the routing would the NOTAM still stand and the fly past route be changed?
I'll correct: nothing would change. There would be two NOTAM for different things in the same place. It would take some airborne give and take to ensure deconfliction. Not sure if the NOTAM office would flag it up though.
