Flybe Finland does not recruit pilots who donīt speak fluent finnish. Only some cases they might do exception but I have saw it only once. That time those pilots was already type rated. Today none off these contract pilot donīt work for Flybe Finland anymore.
Company usually recruits pilots from flight school and when resources are very tight then they recruit captains. When that is not enough then it might be time for foreigners (type rated of course) to get some kind off contract for limited time. After that contract you will be able to continue in company only if you start to learn finnish language.
So if it drifts in this situation then it might be possible for foreigners who donīt know language...
