So:
The construction of the new FBO building cannot commence until the construction and completion of the new hangar building (subject to a separate planning application). Once this hangar has been built, aircraft can be stored within it. The aircraft currently in hangarage on the existing FBO site will be relocated to the new hangar and the existing hangars (63 and 102) will be decommissioned and demolished. Some temporary structural propping may be required to retain the existing operational FBO building following demolition of the two hangars. This will be confirmed through more detailed surveys prior to demolition. The new FBO building and forecourt will then be constructed.
SFS’s operation will then decant from the old FBO to the new to allow the demolition of the existing facility and the completion of minor works to the airfi eld apron, including demolition of the watch tower.

Thus I assume Cargo moves first, then new Hangage for SFS (under seperate building application) then the new FBO facility is built.

If this all goes ahead and with the Ocean Sky move, the airport will re-gain 5 leased stands?
