Pulling those 4 c/b's resets the flight number so that you can enter the CFDS system report/test menus.
It's normal on a ground run to enter a flight number to allow the CFDS to produce a PFR, however if you've done this you can't access the Engine Vibration menus hence the 4 mentioned c/b's.
