Just to reiterate what Superfly has said, BE VERY CAREFUL, cheapest is most certainly not best and if you value your life make one of your first 'professional' decisions in the world of aviation. I knew a certain school who had three enine failures in two weeks on their 152 fleet, mind you, not bad for $29 per hour (1997) and plenty of PFL practice below 500'!

Do look at more than cost before you go, as it may just work out more expensive in the long run.
