27k for a Kitas?

Really guys? You think that a licence and work visa for Indo costs 27K? By the way a Kitas is what you need to work in indo as an expat. They dont cost that much. The medical and Indo CPL conversion is all not that expensive. Where the whole system falls down though is the bribes that are paid to get your papers through in anything less than an eternity!

I must state that all up your conversions and medicals etc would be lucky to be more than 2k. (3k at the most)

To Mr Farjones. If you want to fly a jet why did you get an ATR rating? The rating was what 18k Euro's? Now your paying 27K USD for line training and a 3 year contract?
