There are two things that deserve consideration when making that informed decision you mention.
(1) Take a Telomere Test. It's expensive but it wll tell you medically precisely how long you have left.
(2) Have the words " Do Not Resuscitate " tattooed on your chest. The popular trend is to have the " Do Not " in black and the " Resusitate " in red. The message must be eye catching and fully understood. I do not know if the Hippocratic Oath is a factor in this. Be interested in the opinion of others.
