My name is Sanjeep, I am looking for information. I have FAA cpl, I look for job in Australia. How do I convert it to Australia cpl?

Also, how do I get job in Australia? I have B737NG rating, but I'm happy to fly turbo propellers to get a start. Money not important, and I'm willing to pay for training.
