Qantas is gone without the employees changing their attitude.
How about the the management changing their attitude. How about
leading.???
Is joyce doing that, I dont think so, if fact, that is demonstrated by the the fact that employees are so disengaged.
( notice no capital for joyce, no respect you see.)
I have worked for some very tough people that not everybody liked, (I did)
but everybody respected.
See the difference???
