The problems and the share price are going to get worse im afraid. Will the market capitalisation fall to a level where a) the interest rate on their loans increases and b) the instos have to sell because the market value is below the minimum they are allowed to invest in. c) If a capital raising is required (highly likely in my opinion) then it would have to be pitched at 40/50 cents to be successfull, the result of this would be the share price will slide further to maybe 75 cents. Now i havnt touched on writedowns, but if someone was to decide that Jetstar Pacific and Asia wernt worth what their carried at then a hefty writedown would occur and down goes the share price. I hate to be a pessimist about this but if the same team of management continue in the same direction then a train wreck is coming. Lastly, i wonder if this was why Bruce left Jetstar?
