Old banger aircraft?
Mon have a significant fleet of FBW Airbus aircraft and probably expanding with more to come. The 757 and A300s will proabably be phased out too.
Good company and not many pilots complain about working there.
I think your post is quite flippant and I completely disagree. I think a move to MON from any low cost is a step up.
