Your question, as raised, may not generate many replies.
Firstly, there will have been few, if any, EASA FI(H) tickets yet. Very few customers will be able to advise on their experiences re: EASA FI(H). You may get responses from some flying schools, but they will be likely to think their courses are great
As Cylinder Head has mentioned, other things will be relevant. Where do you want to instruct? On what type do you want to instruct? Have you got a job to go to once you have your FI(H)? Are you a non-EASA FI wanting to move into Euroland? (If so why?)
Do you have the necessary requirements to start such a course?
If you just want to know who runs FI(H) courses in the countries you mention, then your best bet is probably to look to the relevant national aviation authorities and/or their websites.
