pabely, I wished that story had been submitted sooner rather than later! As very recently I purchased a well known airport magazine and subsequently wrote to the Editor, pointing out inaccracies on the article about Luton Airport.
It has since transpired that the article was in fact correct and that the LLAOL have agreed to LLAL proposals for full lengh taxiways, muilti storey car park and new stands served by a new pier.
As stated previous, I always prefered LLAL proposals because it was real investment and not just cosmetics.
Well, lets hope the planing application goes through and the airport reaches its true potential.
