I'm sure you're aware that there is only (mostly uninformed) speculation as to the cause of the crash at present. In the past the old Dana didn't have a very good record for engineering standards and I don't think that has changed. However, I hear that the new management is much more aggressively pushy than the old.
Bristow is not allowed to use Dana and I believe that the airline has been totally grounded on the orders of Dr Demuren, the Director General of the NCAA (stables, doors, bolted .....
)
