Dude NOBODY cares you call it high performance or not. FAA does, And its much bigger than TC.
And not really anything bigger than 172 is high performance. like seminole and duchess are 200hp, they are not high performance.
Usually Cirrus sr20 n turbo arrow and other Aircrafts are kept 200hp(not hp) (or I should say people like to buy those) to reduce cost. Cuz if its more than 200hp, It will be under High Performance category which will increase insurance cost and stuff.
