They hired already almost enough pilots for this year, and they stopped SO and FTSO for now. I'm guessing those waiting will be waiting even more now. The best is not to focus on QR at the moment, they will start hiring massively again soon, but for now it will only hurt you more to wait everyday for news regarding your application or contract fleet etc... If you received a pass email it means you are in the loop, but it doesn't mean you should quit your job as this process will be long.
