go overseas as expats when they join SQ, QR, EY, CX, and EK
these countries do not have the local manpower available to meet the airlines requirements for pilots / engineers / cabin crew / flt ops / management.
Every nation in the world has priority to employ their own talent before they can hire foreigners.
