Let me get this straight: you pay $45k for a 737 Jurassic TR, then they pay you McDonalds wages, $1500 per month to fly an knackered obsolescent jet around 3rd world sh1tholes such as Afghanistan. If you survive two years of that you'll still be worse off than if you just put your money under the mattress and went surfing for a couple of years instead.
