For mobile coverage in DB, I found 3 fairly average, but good customer service.
PCCW gave better coverage, but their customer service is great when you buy packages from them, but sucks when you have a problem.
Caveat emptor!
Don't forget the air purifiers, get the kids name down for schools 2 years before they are born, keep an eye on your wife if certain mangment(sic) pilots come visiting, and bring a double helping of sense of humour.
Oh and did I mention the pollution?
