No real savings flying heli in Argentina, compared to USA.
Dealing with ANAC not easy either.
Sorting residence legally, not easy without marriage or considerable investment.
Aviation Spanish, not big deal.
Heli jobs? Not many in Argentina. I don't know that part of Arg aviation much, but with the cost of training and salaries over there, only rich people get copter for fun and those with jobs would tend to be ex-mil.

I am not sure if the regs are different for heli, would have to look it up, but for fixed wing, you need 500hrs TT to be able to instruct in Argentina, so double what you need for commercial (FW).

If you do anything, make sure you get everything official stamped, signed, apostilled. Including secondary school certificate/diploma.
