Think a lot will depend on whether you are discussing 300w vs 700w, or 300 vs 700w.
Don't think number crunching will answer your Q.
For sure the 700 will be harder to get down, & ++++ if you are discussing in comparison to a non-wingleted (new word I invented? ) 300.
Don't think you can solve this with numbers, fly it & see.
I have just gone from 800 to 800 Short Field Perf, that is a "big" difference, no Full Ext till F30, Bugger ! they killed my best Intermediate App friend. . . F10
