I'd seriously think twice before choosing Argentina for flight training, their economy is not in good shape, fuel prices are spiking, dealing with their Aviation authority is probably not easy as I would imagine them being quite bureaucratic. If you're really eager to try, get your FAA certificates first and then try a conversion over there. You will undoubtedly save time and money, going through the license conversion process should give you plenty of time to enjoy BsAs charm!
