I approached the lady in charge a couple of weeks ago about this and she told me they hoped to have it all done by now, I don't think she enjoyed being told what a total cluster f*@& the industry saw it as, and how DAP has lost the trust of industry, and that if money is lost, or unemployment caused DAP will be blamed by the employers.
The Battersea regs should have been out at least three months ago, I suppose this is what you get when you hire an ex-air force bod with no concept of civvie aviation and even less interest to do the job.
Lets face it when was Wing Commander ever a rank/job in the CAA?
