WHBM, I had indeed meant a ROW near to Exit and not the seat nearest but had been typing too fast to actually put all the words down. With the last post from the O/P, it looks like matters are in hand. I really like the idea of Day-Glo Yellow and guess it also helps him to find them quickly if he has mislaid them.
It also made me think of adopting the idea: I would enjoy the world more if I could wear ear defenders every day. As it is, the closest I can get is ensuring that I never listen to any of our politicians!
