My sense of the three IRs and what will likely form the body of the Final Report is that while interesting to ponder, none of what you have posited is relevant to finding out what happened and why. There have been recommendations from the BEA and acknowledgement that along with incorrect responses to the UAS event, some observations concerning the stall warning system.
