before CTC in Uk, the answer was yes for all your questions above, also, i heard last days FZ will open again for DEC's. I Would like to say that, with flying hours and house allowance, salaries in FZ for CPT goes above 50K dirhams month.
Basic salary itself, FZ cpt basic is lower than EK F/O basic.
But i think, as a package, emirates is much better than FZ, with or without family. EK hires DEC's and F/O's, so; if you can choose, go emirates.
