Titan to Florence was a once off Pilgrimage flight. There is no way that Cork can be pay for a terminal of that size with a throughput of just 2.4m per annum. They'd want to be over 3 million to Pay their way. Opening 24 7 is very convenient but can anyone make a business case for it?
