I'm not sure where you guys are getting your information from or whether you are just voicing opinions out of stress and bitterness but of the 22 bmi pilots I know who applied for the DEP program at BA only 1 pilot wasn't offered a place!
I would say that speaks pretty highly of bmi flightdeck
