ITAWT ITAWA etc.
In the States it is the rather famous "Looney Tunes" approach (RNAV RWY 16) to KPSM (Portsmouth, NH - the old Pease AFB).

Waypoints are ITAWT, ITAWA, PUDYE, TTATT (with missed approach IDEED).
