It'll be interesting to understand how they work it all out. Quite often there is international fleet on domestic routes. Basically if its got a skybed in it, its an international aircraft.

Syd-Per B744 ?
Syd/Mel-Per A333 ?
Dom positioning towed to ITB to operate international flight ?
Who pays for the fuel, dom arrival intl departure ?
Cabin/Tech crew operating a dom service and subsequently departing internationally ?
B767's operating domestic and HNL same day ?

The list is endless about how intertwined it all is which is why costs can be apportioned wherever the accountants see fit.
