SID/ STAR name designator.
Good day,

Just a quick question: is there any rhyme or reason behind SID and STAR names? What does (eg.) the "1A" in a PASPU1A SID mean in the SIN charts. Or what about the "5P" in MONTY5P STAR in the MEL charts?
