Aer Lingus update
Cork to Brussels to operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays for Winter 12/13 with times to be changed to evening departures ex-Cork/Brussels. Speculation also that the Cork-London/Gatwick route will be dropped towards the end of October and replaced with a 5th daily LHR service from March '13 depending on the availability of slots. Plans for 4 a/c at Cork from October have been shelved, I believe this is due to the Belfast base remaining unchanged from this Summer at 3 based units this obviously has to do with Aer Lingus taking up the slack from bmi's exit of BHD-LHR. Belfast plans are speculation at this point.
