I just hear one of the latest news from JuneYao. One of the brand new pilots from Mexico, that just join them like 3 months ago, JuneYao already has stopped paying him for no reason. They are blaming him that he went home for three weeks and even that they had approved him to go home, now they said that it was a mistake, that they approved him to go home and now they stopped paying him.
That is always the way they play here. If you all want to come to be in the same boat with all this problems, is up to you all. My advise is that there are a lot more better companies here in China, where you don't have to deal with this kind of problems. Yes they offering a lot of money now $17K, but they don't tell you when they can stop paying you. For those that want to go to JuneYao, don't do it. They will promess every thing before you sign the contract, but then you are in their hands. They make you work 16hrs per day or more for 5 hrs flying. Actually the new contract is Sucks!!! They want to make you work as a Chinese pilot, until you die. The old contract was better (120 days off plus 8 sick days) and that's why they are not offering it anymore. They said that they had gotten a lot of foreign pilots to come to work here, but we haven't seen any. No body want to take their new contract.
