Believe me when I say that I know what I'm talking about.
These were almost exactly the words the examiner used when explaining the selection procedure during and after the assessment. If you fail, you fail! When you pass, there are ranks according to your performance during the assessment, qualifications, and availability!!
Or do you have a diferent explanation for the Spainair guys that are joinning much earlier than others that were assessed much before??? Or for those guys that already have fleet allocation and joining date and were assessed 3 months later than others still wating for the job offer??
Unlike you I don't believe that luck or being in the right place at the right time is the major factor just because someone had the kindness of explaining that to me.
And when I mention "someone" I mean someone inside the recruitment department.
