The programme covers 50 % of the cost which is very good but only for Arab nationalities as far as i know....
Since the recent announcements about this, can somebody confirm this information? Where the school is located and which type of licences they deliver, JAA or local ones?Arab nationalities only?Open to Icao licences holders?
