Hotels in le Touquet
Personally I would only book ahead hotels with a late cancellation policy e.g the Accor (?) one on the sea front and the Holiday Inn due to the vaguaries of the English/Northern France weather.
Its worth checking the rate as it may drop nearer the time and you can rebook at a lower rate and cancel the original booking. On the day you may be able to swop to a cheaper (non cancellable) rate once you are assured you are going.
When I went with my family I booked the Holiday Inn as they have duplex rooms that all four of us can get in. If I was going with mates I would just sort it out when we got there (avoiding public holidays/festivals etc.).
