Hi,
I have recently been accepted into CTC Wings cadet programme and was advised to use BBVA. My parents were happy to use their house as security for the loan application, however the mortgage did not have enough equity for BBVA's liking so it was not accepted. I'm looking for alternatives to funding for the CTC cadet programme. Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas? Please help!
