Gotta concur with jas24 Ensure all approvals and paperwork are OK and let Council peruse them. If they're alright I don't know whether it would be harmful for the Council to copy the Approvals and systems in place.
Unfortunately this grub won't stop, he's been a wart on the butt of mankind with this Club for well over twenty years and I well know because I have been involved since the Operation moved to that location
They also own the land.
The Lhama Farmer is a leper in his own small Hamlet as well as a pain in the arse of the Council and every Ratepayer.
I left the Area some years ago, but the never ending saga continues. Surely the ratepayers have recourse for vexacious claims of a serial social outcast as it's not only costing this Organisation but the Ratepayers of this Area.
This Airstrip has been there since early to mid '60s well before this mongrel bought his place.
